Several Bollywood stars like Ananya Panday, Shraddha Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Sonali Bendre, Kajol and Sara Ali Khan welcomed Ganpati Bappa into their homes and dressed up in their finest ethnic wear.

Ananya looked pretty as sunshine clad in a bright yellow-coloured salwar suit with floral embroidery on it. The matching yellow dupatta had beautiful white lace detailing on the border. She kept it an absolute fuss-free no make-up look and wore beautiful silver oxidised earrings as an accessory. She finished the look with a small middle-parted bun and a tika on her forehead.

Shraddha Kapoor looked gorgeous as ever in an orange-coloured salwar-kameez with a matching dupatta, as she celebrated Ganpati at home with her family. She captioned the photographs on her Instagram as, 'Ganpati Bappa Morya!

Shilpa Shetty posted picture-perfect family pictures on her Instagram with son Viaan and daughter Samisha while celebrating the festival at home as a yearly tradition. This is the eleventh year that the actress is celebrating the festival at home and for the occasion, all three of them dressed up in similar attires from the fashion label Pink City by Sarika. Shilpa wore a rani pink saaj kaftan set and twinned with Samisha's pink outfit. Viaan, on the other hand, wore a violet-coloured similar patterned kurta and white pajama for the festivities.

Sara Ali Khan looked classy in an elegant white ethnic suit while celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi at home with her mother Amrita Singh. Sara's high-necked kurta with golden embroidery was paired with palazzo pants and a matching dupatta with a golden border. The Simmba actress kept her middle-parted hair open and accessorised the look with gold jhumkas, bracelet and a white bindi.

She looked elegant as ever in a light pink saree paired with a white half-sleeved blouse. Her friends Tahira Kashyap, Dia Mirza, Neelam Kothari Soni and Sussanne Khan left her heart emojis on the comments.
